RSE Computational Economics Workshop

On February 16 2023, QuantEcon hosted a workshop designed to introduce students and policy makers to modern scientific computing tools and their applications to economic problems. The workshop was led by Thomas J. Sargent and John Stachurski and held in the Research School of Economics at Australian National University. The workshop featured attendees from policy institutions such as the Reserve Bank of Australia and the Australian Treasury, highlighting the increasing importance of computational skills in economic policy and research.
